Standard orders are eligible for return within 20 days of fulfillment. If you purchased Corso Shipping Protection at checkout, your return window is extended to 30 days.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
Damages & Wrong Items Inspect your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or incorrect, start a claim through the lookup tool above and we'll make it right.
Exchanges Exchanges are handled directly through the return portal above. Select the item you want to return and choose your replacement during the process.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at support@conchousa.com.
