Returns & Exchanges

We've partnered with Corso to make returns, exchanges, and order issues fast and hassle-free. Use the lookup tool below to get started, no need to email us first.


Return Policy

Standard orders are eligible for return within 20 days of fulfillment. If you purchased Corso Shipping Protection at checkout, your return window is extended to 30 days.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Damages & Wrong Items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or incorrect, start a claim through the lookup tool above and we'll make it right.

Exchanges
Exchanges are handled directly through the return portal above. Select the item you want to return and choose your replacement during the process.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at support@conchousa.com.

WHAT SIZE ARE YOUR HATS?

Most of our hats fit up to a size 7 3/4 and feature an adjustable snap back for a comfortable fit. Fit can vary slightly depending on the material. We also carry kids hats for younger fans.

ARE YOU ALLOWED TO USE THE UNIVERSITY'S TRADEMARKS?

Yes! Every Concho collegiate hat is officially licensed. We work directly with each school to ensure their trademarks are properly protected while helping fans rep their team in style.

WHAT IS CORSO SHIPPING PROTECTION AND HOW DO I ADD IT?

Corso Shipping Protection covers your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit. You can add it at checkout. If something goes wrong, Corso handles the claim directly so you get taken care of fast.

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED OR INCORRECT. WHAT DO I DO?

Use the Returns & Exchanges portal on this page to report the issue. Corso will walk you through getting a replacement or refund quickly.

HOW DO I START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Head to the Orders & Returns tab on this page, enter your email or postal code and order number, and Corso will guide you through the rest.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We process orders within 1 business day. Once shipped via USPS or UPS, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking info may take up to 24 hours to update.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Note that tracking info can take up to 24 hours to update after your order leaves our facility.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

We will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations before your order is fulfilled. Once it has been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to make changes. Contact us as soon as possible at support@conchousa.com.
